Before founding Phoxtra in 2021, Phoxman has started a research agency in Kumasi. Previously, Phoxman has taken part various voluntary activities in Ghana at National Service Scheme and Otuasekan Rural Bank Limited, most recently as Communications Director at ARYEC. He also worked as Analyst and Broadcast Journalist in the Ghana Media Industry; As Marketer; promoting the popular African Xchange Travel and Tours; Ag. Nsuatre Traditional Council, focusing on new Business Development and Chieftaincy Administration; and Marketing intern at Kwamanman Rural Bank Limited.
